We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). Any minor or insubstantial changes may be made at any time and you are advised to review the Terms on a regular basis. The most up to date Terms will be available on the Website. All major changes will be notified to you in advance of such changes taking effect. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

Reference to “you”, “your” or the “customer” is a reference to any person using the Website or the services of or any registered customer of United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Customers using the website who are a Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. You as the User are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

ABOUT (referred to as “CarFix Compare”) is a website operated by FZE, registered in Fujairah Media Free Zone under license number (12039/2017). The registered address is PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.


All our service packages online are based on service and labour charges only and do not include any parts cost (unless otherwise stated). Parts cost will be additional and will be agreed and paid in full by the customer after completion of the service but prior to the vehicle delivery.


Our collection and delivery service can be free or chargeable depending on the scope of works required (in case of charges these will be confirmed prior to proceeding with your order). Collection and delivery is a service where either CarFix Compare or one of our approved service agents will collect and deliver your vehicle to you for free when you purchase any service package online. The driver will arrive at the agreed location you provide at the time of placing the booking and will carry out an onsite inspection / damage report which once checked you must sign to confirm. A copy of the report will be retained by the collection driver and one copy given to the customer.


Once the free vehicle health check has been carried out we will then send you the price for the labour, parts and the price for any additional work your car requires.
You are free to repair your vehicle elsewhere.
Payment can be made once your service is complete either via secure payment link which will be sent to you by email or in cash at the workshop. Please remember that unless otherwise stated all services do not include parts and theses will incur an additional cost.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Cash in AED.
Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.


For parts you have two options at the time of booking:

  • Option one is that you supply your own parts, If you choose this option then please leave the parts in the vehicle on the day of the service. Please also remember with option one we cannot offer any form of warranty or guarantee for the parts you supply, we can only offer labour warranty for any service or repair work we carry out on your vehicle.
  • Option two is that you buy your parts from CarFix Compare. We will provide you with either Genuine parts or aftermarket parts according to your affordability and budget. We recommend you install genuine parts on your vehicle as the manufacturers recommend. All our parts come with a twelve month warranty / guarantee over defective products and are sourced at the lowest price and highest quality.


All the work on any vehicle is either carried out by CarFix Compare or one of our approved service agents. All our agents are vetted, checked and insured thoroughly and regularly to ensure the safety and quality of workmanship carried out on your vehicle. We also make sure any mechanic working on your car is qualified to do so and has had the necessary training required, Because of our policy we can offer you 12 months labour warranty on any work we carry out to your car.


Every service contract with us will be governed by UAE law and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates unless the physical inspection of the car takes place in a different country, in which case it will be governed by that respective country’s law and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country we operate in.

From the time we collect your car to the time we deliver your car CarFix Compare and their Service Agents are responsible for any parking, speeding and any traffic fines. We are also responsible for any road traffic accidents that take place while your vehicle is in the possession of CarFix Compare or one of its agents. Any traffic fines will be reimbursed after investigation. Please email and one of our advisors will contact you. In the event of an accident CarFix Compare or one of the agents will claim with the insurance company and if the vehicle is deemed a write off or not drivable then a replacement hire car will be provided for a maximum of two weeks (14 days) at no cost to you.

Refunds and cancellations will only be allowed before seven days of the service date. If you cancel anytime under seven days leading up to your service date then no refund will be provided. For cancellations and refunds please email with the subject field as refund and cancellation along with your name and vehicle registration.. Example : REFUND AND CANCELLATION – JOE BLOGS – V 41369

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
